All our turkeys are specially bred for traditional flavour, not size. They are Caringa Light Bronze free-range turkeys and have been reared at a natural rate. A beautiful, slow-growing turkey variety that is given plenty of time and space to grow! From the moment they arrive, they are fed on a simple diet of wheat and vegetables which are free from drugs, additives and growth promoters. They roam freely in farm fields, resulting in meat that is dense and has the most succulent taste and texture.
